  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour

To begin with Leftover Roti Cutlet, firstly grind the leftover rotis into a grainy mixture in mixer grinder.bring to temperature coat in a cooking vessel and toss in onions, green chillies and saute till translucent.
