  • 3/4 cup Mango Pulp (Puree)
  • 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) - (low fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar - or honey
  • 2 pinch Saffron strands
  • 3 tablespoons Badam (Almond) - roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Milk - luke warm+more cold milk as needed
  • Ice cubes - a few

Instructions

To begin making Kesar Mango Lassi formula, soak one pinch kesar in 2 tablespoons mildly hot dairy liquid and keep it aside for few moments.Get prep with other components as well.

Take out the pulp from the mangoes and keep aside.In a blender, toss in mango pulp, curd/yogurt, cold dairy liquid and mash till combined.Once it is done, toss in finely sliced almonds (2 tablespoons), honey or granulated sugar, some ice cubes and mash to make the Kesar Mango Lassi formula.Kesar Mango Lassi formula is ready to dish up, accentuate it with the rest of finely sliced almonds and saffron and dish up with Bhel Puri formula or Asian Watermelon Salad formula during evening.
