Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1/4 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
1 Onion - finely chopped
4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
1 Green Chillies - chopped
2 Tomatoes - chopped
4 Potatoes (Aloo)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder - (Or kitchen king masala)
Red Chilli powder
Salt - to taste
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - to garnish

To begin making the Aloo Raswala Sabzi formula, we will first bubble the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a pressure cooker along with some liquid and pressure char for about 5-6 whistles. Turn off the pressure cooker and allow the pressure to release naturally. Remove the potatoes from the cooker, skin and cut them into medium sized cubes and set aside. scalding up oil in a cooking vessel on medium flame, stream in in cumin seeds and methi seeds.

Continue to char until the tomatoes are mushy and softened.strew garam masala dusting masala condiment, stream in in cooked potatoes, seasoning to essence and just enough liquid to the consistency of your choice and bring to the Aloo Raswala Sabzi to a brisk bubble.

Adjust liquid such that the consistency is neither too thick or too thin. Reduce scalding up and low-boil the Aloo Raswala Sabzi for about 10 mins till it form a masaledar broth.
