Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts - peel
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tomatoes - finely chopped
  • 5 dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp rye
  • 1 tsp white urad dal
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • salt - as per taste

Instructions

To make Andhra Style Peanut Chutney formula, first put peanuts, red chillies in a wok and make them until the peanuts turn light brown.

After making, turn off the gas and keep it aside.

Now scalding up the moisture in a saucepan.

toss in tomatoes and make for 5 mins.

Remove the skin from the tomato and keep it aside.

Now in a mixer grinder toss in tomato, peanut mixture, garlic, table salt, some moisture and grind it well to make a paste.

Now scalding up the cooking oil in a tempering wok for tempering.

toss in urad dal, curry leaves and make for 1 minute.

toss in this tempering to the chutney, combine and dish up.
