3 Tomatoes - pureed
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/4 cup Fresh cream
2 tablespoons Butter
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
Sunflower Oil - or butter will also do
1 Onion
1 inch Ginger - peeled
6 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoon Cashew nuts
