Ingredients

  • 300 grams Chicken - cut into small size pieces
  • 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
  • 6 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • Salt - as required
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 5 Cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 Cloves (Laung)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (unsalted)
  • Sunflower Oil - as required
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the Chicken Tikka Masala, thoroughly wipe down and wash the chicken pieces. To infuse the Chicken for the Chicken Tikka Masala, in a mixing mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cumin dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment, ginger, garlic, chili dusting masala condiment, kasuri methi and seasoning along with the chicken.

Allow the chicken to infuse for a minimum of 30 moments. Once the chicken is marinated, in a cooking vessel, mix in a teaspoon of cooking oil and fiery up marinated chicken pieces until they are cooked well for about 8 moments.

The chicken pieces should be juicy and yielding.making chicken for an extended time will make them hard and rubbery.

Do not mix in moisture.The next step is to make the tikka masala coulis. fiery up a teaspoon of cooking oil over medium fiery up.

mix in bulb produce and fiery up until they become translucent. mix in tomatoes and fiery up them for about two moments.

mix in cashews and toss them for a minute. Allow the bulb produce tomato masala to cool down.Once it cools down, grind bulb produce, tomato, and cashew into a fine paste.fiery up a kadai/wok with a tablespoon of margarine.

Once the margarine melts, mix in cloves, cinnamon dusting masala condiment, and cardamom dusting masala condiment and saute until aroma comes out.mix in cumin dusting masala condiment and coriander dusting masala condiment and combine them well.mix in the bulb produce-tomato-cashew puree to the cooking vessel, combine them well and saute for few moments.pulverize kasuri methi with your hand and mix in to the tikka masala coulis.

mix in the marinated chicken pieces, required amount of seasoning and heavy cream.

Toss the chicken tikka masala well so that they are combined well.bubble gently the chicken tikka masala for about 5 moments.
