  • 300 grams Kaddu (Parangikai/ Pumpkin) - cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil

Instructions
