Ingredients

  • 200 grams Boneless chicken
  • 12 cloves Garlic
  • 2-1/2 cup Cooked rice
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - crushed
  • 3 Green Chillies - sliced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 9 cloves Garlic - sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

To begin making the Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried Rice, bring to temperature coat in a wok/kadhai on medium bring to temperature and mix in minced garlic to it.
