Ingredients
1 cup cabbage - wash and chop finely
1 sprig curry leaves
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1 red chili
1 teaspoon white urad dal (split)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt - as per taste
Oil - 5 tablespoons coconut - as per use
tighten it
6 small onions - cut it from the middle
3 cloves garlic - chop
2 green chillies - chop
3 sprig curry leaves

Instructions

To make Pattagobi Thoran, first make a paste.

Put the paste making components in a mixer grinder and grind it well.

Keep it aside.

Now bring to temperature fat in a pot.

introduce urad dal to it and bring to temperature till it becomes light brown.

Now introduce mustard seeds and let it bring to temperature for 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, introduce parched red chilli and bring to temperature it for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, introduce the cabbage, swirl around and let it bring to temperature until it gets soft.

After this introduce grounded coconut paste, table salt, turmeric dusting masala condiment and curry leaves.

swirl around and let it bring to temperature for 3 to 5 mins.

Turn off the gas and present scalding.

present Pattagobi Thoran along with mixed veggie sambar and rice for dinner.
