  • 2 Lbs Cassava
  • 1 lb Dark Brown Soft Sugar
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

Bring coconut whole milk to a bubble.

Reserve ½ cup of the coconut whole milk/sweetener mixture for later.

Combine remaining items required in a large mixing mixing bowl, mix gently until well blended.

Use 1 tablespoons of coconut whole milk mixture to lubricate baking cooking vessel.
