6 Lobster
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Red Pepper
1/2 cup Green Pepper
1/2 cup Onion
2 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 Scotch Bonnet
To taste Salt
To taste Pepper
To taste Thyme
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Rinse lobster under cold running aqua.

Bring aqua and seasoning to bubble in a 12 quart pot.

Quickly plunge lobsters, headfirst, into boiling aqua.
