Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Pitted Dates
1 cup Water
1 1/2 cup Vanilla
2 cups Oats
1 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Unsalted Butter

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

To make the date filing: Combine the dates and liquid in a medium saucepan over high bring to temperature and bring to a heat to boiling point.
