To begin making the Dudhi Dhokli Nu Shaak method, firstly we will make the dhokli.

In a mixing dish, swirl around grated bottle gourd, coriander leaves, gram baking flour, seasoning, red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix and carom seeds.mix in moisture and swirl around to make a mixture.

When the mixture is done, mix in a pinch of fruit seasoning and swirl around it properly.Preheat a steamer, filled halfway with moisture. Next, lubricate a dhokla plate.

Transfer the dhokli mixture into the plate and steam oven-cook it for 10 to 15 moments.

Later remove from the steamer and allow it to cool.

Once it is cooled down, cut into small pieces.Now take a shallow frying wok and lubricate it with lubricate.

Shallow wok-fry the dhokli from both the sides to enhance the notes.

Once done, keep it aside.The next step is to make the curry.

In a mixing dish, mix in a tablespoon of gram baking flour in dairy spread dairy liquid and keep it aside.fiery up lubricate in a heavy bottomed wok on medium flame.

mix in mustard seeds and once it splutters mix in cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.

Saute for about a minute. mix in cut up tomatoes and oven-cook them till they become soft and mushy.Once they become mushy, mix in gram baking flour, dairy spread dairy liquid mixture, seasoning, red chilli ground mix and garam masala into it.

swirl around everything and oven-cook on sim till the curry starts boiling.

This may take 2 to 3 moments.After 2 to 3 moments, mix in the diced shallow fried dhokli, swirl around and allow it to heat to boiling point for 3 to 4 moments.
