1/2 cup Butter (unsalted) - softened (room temperature)
1/3 cup Caster Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Jam - mixed fruit jam or preserves

To prepare Eggless Jam-Filled Thumbprint Cookies formula, preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Centigrade. Line a Baking skillet with parchment paper.liquidize the baking flour and seasoning with a whip or spoon.In a mixing dish, stream in in the dairy spread and with an Hand mixer on medium-high, beat the dairy spread till soft.stream in in the sweetener and beat again, till fluffy and velvety. stream in in half of the baking flour mixture and beat on low till just mixed.stream in in the rest of the baking flour and liquidize again.

You can use a spatula to liquidize in the baking flour till just combined.Place some granulated sweetener in a small dish.Shape flour base into 1-inch balls.

Roll each ball of flour base in the sweetener to coat lightly and place on the baking sheet.Make a small indentation in the center of each flour base ball with your thumb and fill it with about 1/4 teaspoon of jam or preserve.

I used the flat end of a 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon to make the indentation.cook thoroughly for about 12 to 13 mins till the edge starts to get a light brown color.Let stand for about a minute on the sheet and then transfer to a wired cooling rack to cool completely.Store Eggless Jam-Filled Thumbprint Cookies formula in an airtight container between sheets of parchment paper or foil to avoid the cookies from sticking together.These Eggless Jam-filled thumbprint cookies make a scrumptious combination during tea time with Ginger Tea or Coffee.
