  • pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tomato - chopped
  • 1 or 2 Green Chillies - chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped

To prepare Mixed Sprouts Curry formula, get ready with diet-friendly home-cooked sprouts to start with.

Now in a pressure cooker, pressure arid-fry the mixed sprouts for 3-4 whistles or till lightly mushy.Once pressure cooker cools down by itself, take out sprouts and stock in a container and keep it aside.Preparing the curryHeat cooking oil in a skillet, introduce cumin seeds and asafoetida.Once cumin seeds start to crackle,introduce diced shallot.Saute them till it turns into light brown colour.introduce ginger garlic paste.agitate and saute till raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away.introduce diced tomatoes and green chillies, saute them till tomatoes soften.introduce all arid masala,start with turmeric ground mix, cumin ground mix, coriander ground mix, garam masala ground mix, red chilli ground mix, agitate it well.Now introduce mixed sprouts along with stock, introduce table salt to non-honeyed profile.lid the lid and arid-fry it for 10 moments on slow flame.Once it is cooked ,introduce diced coriander leaves.Mixed Sprouts Curry formula is ready to enjoy with Pulao for a complete meal.
