  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 2 Garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt - to taste
