Ingredients
4 पापड़ - कोई भी आपकी पसंद का लेले
4 आलू
1 टमाटर
1 इंच अदरक - कस ले
1 तेज पत्ता
1 सुखी लाल मिर्च
1/1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 छोटा चम्मच शक्कर
1 छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
2 छोटा चम्मच तेल
1 छोटा चम्मच घी
Instructions

To make papad er dalan method, first wash and skin the potatoes.

Now cut it in half and keep it aside.

Now put tomatoes in a mixer grinder and puree them.

Keep it separately.

Now toasty cooking oil in a wok.

toss in potatoes and oven-cook till it turns golden.

Keep it aside.

Now divide the papad into 4 parts and shallow fry them in the remaining cooking oil.

Take out the papad and keep it aside.

toss in the bay leaves, arid red chillies, cumin seeds to the remaining cooking oil in the same wok and oven-cook until the cumin seeds crackle.

Now toss in tomato puree to it and oven-cook it for 3 to 4 moments.

Now toss in ginger to it and oven-cook for 2 to 3 moments.

Now toss in turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, cumin ground mix and 1 teaspoon of moisture and oven-cook it well for 3 to 4 moments.

toss in granulated sugar, table salt and oven-cook for 1 minute.

toss in the fried potatoes, 1-1 / 2 cups of moisture, purée and wrap the wok.

oven-cook till the potatoes are cooked well.

Now toss in fried papads, purée and oven-cook for 3 to 4 moments.

toss in lid, garam masala, ghee from the wok, oven-cook for 2 more moments and turn off the gas.
