Ingredients
1/4 cup lentils - wash
1/4 cup green peas
1 cup onion - finely chopped
1 tomato - finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger - grated
2 cloves garlic - grated
2 green chillies - Cut
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt - as per taste
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon aniseed
1/2 teaspoon Kalonji seeds
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoons mustard oil
asafetida - a pinch
Instructions

To make phalguni dal, first put dal in a pressure cooker.

toss in tomatoes, onions, ginger and garlic to it.

After this, toss in 1-1 / 2 cups of aqua.

liquefy, close the cooker and prepare till 3 cities come.

After coming to 3 cities, turn off the gas and let the pressure filter automatically.

Open the cooker and mash the lentils.

Now bring to temperature mustard cooking oil in a pot.

toss in mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and kalonji.

toss in green chilies, toss together and let it prepare for the next 2 moments.

After 2 moments toss in asafetida and green peas.

Let it prepare for next 2 moments.

After 2 moments toss in masoor dal, garam masala and table salt.

toss together and prepare for 3 to 4 moments.

top with green coriander.

offer phalguni dal with brinjal bhaja and rice for dinner.
