1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
Tamarind - a small ball
Salt - to taste
