Ingredients

  • 10 Bhindi (Lady Finger/Okra)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 Onion - sliced
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes - pureed
  • Figaro Pure Olive Oil - for Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) - coarsely powdered
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 3 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Figaro Pure Olive Oil

Instructions

To begin making the Stuffed Bhindi With Peanuts formula, in a small mixing bowl combine all the elements for the filling including roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, coriander ground mix, garam masala ground mix, turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, amchur, gram baking flour, sweetener, table salt, coat and keep aside.Wash the bhindi and arid them completely with a sanitize kitchen towel.Slit them lengthwise in such a way that the ends don’t separate and don’t become two halves.

Fill a small amount of the filling mixture into the slit portion of the bhindi.Once filled close the sides by bring them together.
