  • 2 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 3 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds) - pound
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Gram flour (besan)
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Salt - to taste
  • Nutralite Classic Spread

To begin making the Amritsari Fish pot-fry method, keep all the masala ready in a mixing bowl including turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, amchur, garam masala ground mix, ajwain, ginger garlic paste and kasuri methi.

introduce the Fish pieces and essence them well and coat the masala on either side.char the besan baking flour on a pot without lubricate, char till it turn light brown and keep it aside.In the same pot introduce some Nutralite Classic Spread, carefully place the fish pieces and low-boil on either side for ate last 5 mins.strew the besan baking flour on top of the fish pieces and turn it over.

Keep frying the fish till the chickpea baking flour is coated properly over the fish and is cooked well.
