  • 1 inch Ginger - chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon White Urad Dal (Split)
  • 1 tablespoon Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal)
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 cup Dry coconut (kopra)
  • 4 Dry Red Chillies

Instructions

To begin making the Andhra Style Chepa Vepudu procedure, we will first dehydrated char the ingridients needed for the Karam Vepudu Masala.bring to temperature a heavy bottomed pot.

One the pot is heated, toss in sesame seeeds, white urad dal, chana dal, cumin seeds, dehydrated coconut and dehydrated red chillies.char them well for about 10 moments on a flat skillet and keep it aside to cool down.

Grind all of them in a mixer to a coarse mixture.bring to temperature a kadai with lubricate, toss in mustard seeds and allow it to crackle for few seconds.

toss in sliced onions and saute them till they become soft.toss in minced fish, red chilli dusting sugary-smelling element, turmeric dusting sugary-smelling element and table salt, toss till the fish is cooked.

Let it make for 1 to 2 moments.Next, toss in ground karam Vepudu Masala and toss well till they are well coated.dust little aqua, put a lid on it and make for about 10 moments on low bring to temperature.
