1/4 cup Yellow Moong Dal (Split)
5 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - as per taste

To begin with making Bajra Ka Kheech method, empty in bajri and 1 tablespoon moisture in mixer.Grind it only for few seconds and then arid it out for 10 min.Once dried, remove the skin of bajri by rubbing it by hands.

Now again grind it till bajri appears to be half broken.Sieve the broken bajri to remove bajri dusting masala condiment, if any.

Now put this half broken bajri along with moong dal, moisture, turmeric dusting masala condiment, cut up vegetables and seasoning into pressure cooker and wait for 5-6 whistles.Just open the cooker lid & check if it became soft, if not, then give another 2-3 whistles.Once it becomes soft, its ready to offer.

It need to be served scalding only.

For serving, put kheech in mixing bowl/plate with some ghee over it.offer Bajra Ka Kheech method with Rajasthani Kadhi.
