Bring coconut whole milk to a heat to boiling point.

Combine remaining components in a large mixing dish, swirl around until well blended.

Mixture should be of a thick liquid texture.

Use 1 tablespoons of coconut whole milk mixture to lubricate baking wok.

empty mixture into prepared baking wok and oven-cook at 350°F (basting occasionally with reserved coconut whole milk mixture) for 2 to 3 hours or until knife inserted in centre comes out wipe down.

Spread any remaining coconut whole milk mixture over top of cake.

Place cake on top of stove to cool completely.
