  • 1 tbs Cornstarch
  • 2 tbs Water
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onions

In a wok toss in chicken broth and wait for it to bubble.

Next toss in table salt, granulated sugar, white pepper, sesame seed fat.

When the chicken broth is boiling toss in the vegetables to the wok.

To thicken the condiment dip, whip together 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 Tablespoon of moisture in a container and gradually toss in to your broth until it's the right thickness.

Next toss in 1 egg slightly beaten with a knife or fork and toss in it to the broth gradually and agitate for 8 seconds offer the broth in a container and toss in the green onions on top.
