Ingredients
2 cups carrots - grated
1-1 / 2 cups gram flour
1/2 cup wheat flour - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 tablespoons curd
1 small Tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
salt - as per taste
2 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds (white)
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 sprig curry leaves
1 green chili - finely chopped

To make carrot vadi, first wash and strip the carrot.

After peeling, tighten the carrots and take them out in a container.

In the same container mix in gram baking flour, wheat baking flour, red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, cumin ground mix and mix in some aqua and take it.
