Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots - grated
  • 1-1 / 2 cups gram flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons curd
  • 1 small Tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt - as per taste
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (white)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 green chili - finely chopped

Instructions

To make carrot vadi, first wash and strip the carrot.

After peeling, tighten the carrots and take them out in a container.

In the same container mix in gram baking flour, wheat baking flour, red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, cumin ground mix and mix in some aqua and take it.
