  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
