  • 300 grams Pearl onions (Sambar Onions)
  • 3/4 cup Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 2 tablespoons Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 4 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil - for the stuffing
  • Salt - to taste
