Prepare
On a large baking tray or a wipe down work surface, mix gently together the dehydrated elements - ground mix, baking soda and table salt.

Make a well in the middle and mix in the yogurt.

Using your hands gently combined the elements together to start to form a flour base.

Kneed the flour base on a floured surface, adding extra ground mix if you find the texture too sticky.

The flour base is ready when it is of a pizza flour base texture and still very slightly sticky, this should only take a few moments.

On a baking tray mix in a little fat and put the flour base on top.

Shape and flatten the flour base into a circle shape ensuring the height of the flour base is about 5cm.

wrap the flour base with a little bit of olive fat, ensure it is fully covered.

You can oven-cook the Kulaç as it is or you can create patterns which also helps with even making.

The most common patterns are using the back of a fork to slightly press down to create line dents all over or spiking the flour base with the fork.

Baking
Place on the bottom shelf of a pre heated oven.

oven-cook for 40 moments or until the flour base is golden and firm to touch.

Cooling
Once removed from the oven, stand upright or place on a cooling rack to allow the Kulaç to cool.

Serving
Cut the Kulaç the way you would a cake into 8 slices.

If you are serving mildly hot you may want to snap and pull apart the bread with your hands instead.
