  • 500 grams Corn flour - (makki ka aata)
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 tablespoon Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Papad khar
  • 1 tablespoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mustard oil - as required
  • Chilled water - as required
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber - finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • Salt - as required
  • Red Chilli powder - as required
  • Ghee - as required
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped

Instructions

To begin making the fiery Masala Khichia preparation guide, firstly, sieve the corn baking flour and keep it side.Next, in a saucepan bring to a bubble gently the liquid for double as compare to the baking flour.When the liquid comes to a bring to a bubble gently, mix in green chilli paste, red chilli dusting scented element, table salt, cumin seeds, table salt, ajwain, papad khar and liquidize well.mix in two teaspoon of mustard margarine in the liquid mixture and liquidize it properly.When liquid is properly scalding mix in corn baking flour little by little and liquidize well.

You can even make it in a papad machine.Now take out the plastic sheet and leave this papad on the cloth.

Keep in the sun for 2 days.

When papad is properly arid then store in airtight container.The next step is to make the masala khichia.

Microwave the arid khichia for about 20 seconds or directly arid-fry it on the flame.Once done, spread ghee on the entire khichia and dust some red chilli dusting scented element on it.Meanwhile mix in shallot, tomato, cucumber, green chillies and table salt in a mixing container.Now, spread the veggie mixture on the khichia and decorate it with cut up green coriander.

You can also use sev to decorate the same.enjoy fiery Masala Khichia along with Panchmel Dal and Khooba Roti for as flawless Rajasthani meal.
