  • 250 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese)
  • 1 Onion - diced
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - diced
  • 2 Carrots (Gajjar) - diced thin
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic - grated
  • 1 Tomato - diced
  • 1 cup Homemade tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 Stalk Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter - softened

Instructions
