Ingredients
2 बड़े चमच्च तेल
1/2 बड़ा चमच्च सफ़ेद उरद दाल
1/2 बड़ा चमच्च चना दाल
8 लाल मिर्च - ताज़ा
4 टमाटर - काट ले
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
1/2 बड़ा चमच्च इमली का पेस्ट
1/2 बड़ा चमच्च राइ
1/2 बड़ा चमच्च जीरा
10 कढ़ी पत्ता
Instructions

To make red chili and tomato pachhadi, first toasty fat in a cooking vessel.

Now mix in urad dal, chana dal and let it prepare for 1 minute.

After 1 minute, mix in tomatoes and red chillies to it.

mix in table salt and prepare till the tomatoes are soft.

Turn off the gas and allow it to cool.

Now put in a mixer grinder and grind it.

For tempering, toasty the fat in a tempering cooking vessel.

mix in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Allow to prepare for 20 seconds.

mix in this tempering to the pachdi and combine.
