  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Red wine - (or any cooked wine)
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • Salt - to taste
