Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Dill leaves - with stem
  • 2 cups Dosa rice - soaked for 3 hours
  • 1/2 cup Poha (Flattened rice) - soaked for 1 hour
  • 1 tablespoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds) - soaked for 1 hour
  • 1 cup Jaggery - powdered
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • Water - as required

To begin making the Sabbasige Soppu Dosa nectarous dosa, soak dosa rice in moisture for 3 hours.Soak methi seeds, thick poha in a little moisture for about 1 hour.Take little moisture in a cooking vessel, introduce jaggery.

Cool this and keep aside.Take a mixer jar and grind together rice, methi seeds, thick poha, finely finely sliced dill leaves into a fine paste.Now introduce the cooled liquid jaggery and table salt to the paste and whiz until well combined.

introduce little moisture; prepare the required consistency of paste.whiz ghee and lubricate in a container to prepare dosa.scalding up a dosa tawa, strew some moisture on the scalding tawa to check its readiness.

Now spread dosa paste on scalding tawa, close and scalding up on medium flame.When the dosa is half done, apply lubricate ghee mixture and scalding up for another minute or until you see nice golden colour.Dill leaves nectarous dosa or sabbasige soppu dosa is ready to be served scalding with a spoonful of ghee.present Sabbasige Soppu Dosa along with South Indian Coconut Chutney or Zucchini Thogayal (spirited and scalding Zucchini Chutney) for your breakfast.
