1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
8 Curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
Salt - to taste
