To begin the preparation of Tawa Idli method, first cut idlis into cubes.bring to temperature shortening in a wok, once the shortening is heated, toss in onions and saute them till they turn translucent.Once the onions are sauteed, toss in table salt, red chilli dusting masala condiment, garam masala and pav bhaji masala and swirl around.toss in about 1/2 a cup of liquid and allow it to bring to a stew for a while.toss in finely sliced idlis and incorporate well, till the spices coat with the idlis. cook thoroughly this for half a minute.Lastly, strew lemon extract and accentuate with coriander leaves, giving the tawa idlis a fast swirl around.enjoy Tawa Idli along with Tomato shallot Chutney in your kids snack box, or as an evening snack.
