Ingredients
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 chicken breasts
1 (12 oz.) stir-fry vegetables
3 cups brown rice

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Spray a 9x13-inch baking cooking vessel with non-stick spray.

Combine soy gravy, ½ cup aqua, brown granulated sugar, ginger and garlic in a small saucepan and seal.
