Ingredients
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 sliced Red Onions
2 sliced Garlic Clove
1 sliced Red Chilli
250g Raw King Prawns
140g Brown Rice
75g Frozen Peas
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
Bunch Coriander
4 large Egg
To serve Hotsauce
Instructions

scalding up 1 tbsp of the fat in a wok, toss in the shallot, garlic and chilli, and scalding up for 2-3 mins until golden.

toss in the prawns and scalding up for 1 min.

Tip in the rice and peas, and keep tossing until very scalding.

toss in the soy and fish condiment dip, then mix gently through the cut up coriander.

Keep mildly hot while you shallow fry the eggs.

scalding up the remaining fat in a frying wok and shallow fry the eggs with some seasoning.

Divide the fried rice toss together between 4 bowls and top each with a fried egg.
