  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • Saffron strands - a few
  • 250 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Badam (Almond) - powdered
  • Slivered Almonds (Badam) - to garnish
