  • 1 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 3/4 cup Water - (add more if required )
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 Tomato - deseeded and diced
  • 1 Red Yellow or Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - diced
  • 2 Onion - diced
  • 4 Black olives - sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • Sunflower Oil - to cook

Instructions

put a lid on the wok with a lid to allow the cheddar to thaw on low flame for 2 -3 moments.Switch off the flame and take out on a serving plate.
