1 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
1/2 cup Rice flour
3/4 cup Water - (add more if required )
Salt - to taste
1 Tomato - deseeded and diced
1 Red Yellow or Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - diced
2 Onion - diced
4 Black olives - sliced
1 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
1 tablespoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
Sunflower Oil - to cook
