Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole cashews
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilli - slit
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - crushed for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making Kaju dairy spread Masala formula, wash and blanch the tomatoes in enough moisture, once cool, remove the skin and make a creamy paste along with 8 cashews using a mixer grinder.

Keep aside.toasty dairy spread in a heavy bottomed skillet, transfer in the whole cashews and skillet-fry until they turn golden and remove them into a plate.

Keep aside until further use.To the same skillet transfer in the bay leaf, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. transfer in the tomato cashew puree, green chilli and make for 2 mins.transfer in the red chilli ground mix, 2 cups moisture, savor with table salt and let it low-boil for 5 mins until the reduction becomes thick and comes together.transfer in the fried cashews, garam masala ground mix and low-boil for 5 mins so that the cashews become a little soft.transfer in the heavy cream and toss together well.
