1 teaspoon Jaggery - powdered
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - a few sprigs
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste
4 Shallots - chopped
3 cloves Garlic
1 Dry Red Chilli
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
