  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 30 grams Tamarind - soaked in 1 cup hot water
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
