1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Carrot (Gajjar) - grated
1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
1 tablespoon Jaggery - crushed
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
5 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
Salt - to taste
Water - for kneading
Ghee - as required
