  • 1 cup Ragi Flour (Finger Millet/ Nagli)
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Carrot (Gajjar) - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery - crushed
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 5 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - for kneading
  • Ghee - as required

Instructions
