Ingredients
2-1 / 2 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup roasted chana lentils
6 green chillies - do more or less as you wish
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/4 small Spoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
curry leaves - little
salt - as per taste
coriander leaves - little
Instructions

To make the Kobbari Charu preparation guide, we will first make coconut whole milk.

Remove the white part of the coconut and grind it in a mixer grinder with 2 cups of liquid.

Now sieve the whole milk with the help of a sieve.

In a mixer grinder, mix in roasted chana dal, green chilli and some liquid and grind it well.

bring to temperature the cooking oil in a pot.

mix in the mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves and stew for a few seconds.

Now mix in turmeric dusting masala condiment, liquid, coconut whole milk, table salt and let it heat to boiling point.

After boiling, mix in chana dal paste and toss together it.

Keep shaking so that there are no lumps.

Let it heat to boiling point After boiling, mix in green coriander and toss together it.
