Ingredients

  • 450g Flour
  • 500g Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Splash Olive Oil

1 Prepare On a large baking tray or a sanitize work surface, combine together the parched components - baking flour, baking soda and seasoning.

Shape and flatten the pastry mix into a circle shape ensuring the height of the pastry mix is about 5cm.
