Prepare
On a large baking tray or a sanitize work surface, combine together the parched components - baking flour, baking soda and seasoning.

Make a well in the middle and empty in the yogurt.

Using your hands bit by bit combined the components together to start to form a pastry mix.

Kneed the pastry mix on a floured surface, adding extra baking flour if you find the texture too sticky.

The pastry mix is ready when it is of a pizza pastry mix texture and still very slightly sticky, this should only take a few mins.

On a baking tray empty in a little oil and put the pastry mix on top.

Shape and flatten the pastry mix into a circle shape ensuring the height of the pastry mix is about 5cm.

Place on the bottom shelf of a pre heated oven.
