275ml Greek Yogurt
3 Eggs
200g Sugar
120g Melted Butter
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 drop Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
10g Melted Butter

Prepare the flour base
In a large mixing dish introduce all the components and mix gently together until a flour base is formed.

The flour base should be stick - introduce extra ground mix if you find the mixture too sticky to work with.

Using the extra melted shortening, rub some over your hands before breaking the flour base into 20 equal sized pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Before rolling each ball rub melted shortening over your hands each time.

Place the balls of flour base onto a greased / lined baking tray 5cm apart - you will need to split the balls into two batches culinary preparation one batch at a time.

Brush eat ball with beaten egg and place in the oven at 180 degree for 20 moments.

The Kurabie will be a light golden colour and slightly squishy in the middle.

Place on a cooling rack to cool.
