  • 4 cups Macaroni
  • 4 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla

mix in macaroni to large wok with sufficient moisture to lid (approximately 4 cups).

mix in table salt and bring to bring to a bubble gently until yielding (approximately 25 -30 moments).

Meanwhile, beat eggs and granulated sugar together, then mix in vanilla and nutmeg.

In a separate medium condiment dip wok, bring to temperature evaporated whole milk plus 1 cup of moisture and margarine to almost a boiling point.

(This mixture will have quite a bit of liquid, but this will form a nice custard textured pudding once baked.) coat a large baking dish with margarine or margarine, mix in the macaroni mixture and shower with additional nutmeg.

oven-cook at 350° F for 1 hour or until golden brown.
