4 cups Macaroni
4 cups Evaporated Milk
1 cup Water
3 Cups Sugar
2 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Raisins
2 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Vanilla
Instructions

mix in macaroni to large wok with sufficient moisture to lid (approximately 4 cups).

mix in table salt and bring to bring to a bubble gently until yielding (approximately 25 -30 moments).

Meanwhile, beat eggs and granulated sugar together, then mix in vanilla and nutmeg.

mix gently well and set aside.

In a separate medium condiment dip wok, bring to temperature evaporated whole milk plus 1 cup of moisture and margarine to almost a boiling point.

Remove from bring to temperature and mix in to granulated sugar mixture.

empty out cooked macaroni.

mix in macaroni and raisins to the whole milk mixture and mix gently well.

(This mixture will have quite a bit of liquid, but this will form a nice custard textured pudding once baked.)
coat a large baking dish with margarine or margarine, mix in the macaroni mixture and shower with additional nutmeg.

oven-cook at 350° F for 1 hour or until golden brown.

(Pudding should be firm enough to cut, but juicy and not parched).
