Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 3 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee - for cooking
  • 8 Whole cashews
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green Chillies - chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger - chopped

To begin making the Lehsuni Methi Paneer method, soak the cashews in a dish with 1/4 cup moisture for about an hour.After an hour, grind cashew along with ginger, garlic and green chillies and the soaked cashew moisture make a even paste and keep aside.In a big dish, mix in cashew ginger garlic and chilli paste, just-picked froth, curd, garam masala, cardamom dusting seasoning table salt and whip well to form a even mixture. toasty ghee in a skillet over medium toasty; mix in the cashew froth mixture, the finely sliced Paneer cubes and stew for about 5 mins.mix in moisture to adjust the consistency of the mixture while it's simmering.
