3 tablespoons Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
3 sprig Curry leaves
1 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
4 cloves Garlic - ground into paste
1 pinch Sugar
Salt - to taste
3 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
